An old soul who loves baseball and music.
I bought this record in 2000 from the band at their show at CFFI church in Farmingdale. It's their best record.
Flogging Molly - Drunken Lullabies
Pint of Guinness please, pick up the tempo!
Fireball Ministry - Fireball Ministry
I only listen to this band because Ryan Downey pointed them out.
David Bazan - Curse Your Branches
One of my top three aritsts of all time. His best record.
Tron Legacy (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)
Key record for pumping up a morning to level 11.
Fair To Midland - Fables From A Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times Is True
This record is just good. Period.
I spent all morning digging my parents out.
Courtney is stuck in FL :(
I've been out here two days longer than planned.
At least I wasn't one of the New Yorkers stuck overnight on the subway having to pee in front of other people.
Getting a lot of reading and Scrabble in.
Today is the first day of the longest vacation I've ever had. That's not to say I won't be working. I don't think that's possible. But it does mean that I'll be out of the office working on some other things.
I have two projects I'm working on in 2011 that I'm really excited about.
Sleepless Syndicate is an idea my buddy Brad and I have been working on for a little while that focuses entirely on tour press. I don't see any independent publicists offering this exclusively, so there seems to be a void that could use some filling.
Bitten Kitchen is a project I'll be working on with my better half, Courtney Tobey. I cannot stop her from baking, so I suggested we start a blog about her experiements and sell the successful ones online via Etsy. She agreed.
With the time away from the office until early next year, I'll have some time to spend on this. Anyone else eager to start working on 2011 projects?
